Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over A$50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: We do not ship to certain Asian countries and some remote areas. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Returns Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Socks And Tights (all varieties)
  • Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the original packaging
  5. Include the completed returns form (we will provide this)
  6. Ship the package to our returns address: Bioworld Central Returns, 39 Thyme Avenue, MANAPOURI, AU 4361

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
  • If the exchanged item costs more, you will be charged the difference
  • If it costs less, we will refund the difference
